Dar al Gani 801
Achondrite, Ureilite (AURE). Dar al Gani 801 was found on the Dar al
Gani Plateau in the Libyan Sahara Desert in 2000. It was a single small
stone weighing only 25.2 grams. I bought the entire stone and have sold
most of it. It is a rare meteorite. Very hard to cut and polish as the
Ureilites have small diamonds in them.
This is my last piece of
this meteorite.
