Divnoe

Achondrite, Ungrouped (UNGR). The Divnoe meteorite was found near the town of Divnoe in the Stravropol Territory of Russia in 1981. A man was cutting grass in a field and found the meteorite. This is an enigmatic meteorite for scientists. It is unlike any other meteorite and is most similar to the Brachinites but is different enough to be excluded even from that rare group. This makes this meteorite very rare indeed! Divnoe was almost totally traded to research institutions, so very little ever made it to the collector market.
