JuvinasThe Juvinas meteorite fell on June 15, 1821 at 3:00 pm near the village of Libonnes in France. It is an achondrite, Eucrite (AEUC). A single stone of 91 kilograms fell. Almost half of Juvinas is lost, the rest is mostly in Paris Natural History Museum. It is a very difficult historic fall to acquire. |
