NWA 2092
This meteorite is classified
as a very rare chondrite, (LL6/7). I bought this stone in 2003
in Morocco. It only weighed 320 grams, and was 95% complete. This meteorite
is extremely fresh, with a weathering level on one and a shock level
of 3. This is the ONLY LL6/7 known, and this transitional type will
fill in a type collectors niche! I bought this meteorite hoping it was
an achondrite, but being that it is such a rare type of chondrite, I
am most pleased. After cutting and type sample, only 221 grams of this
meteorite is available. It will sell very fast, so if you want a piece,
DON'T wait.
